Predictably, activity does seem to be picking up already, meaning more interest, a few more escrows, and an appointment book that is once again filling up.  The strongest market segment continues to be Vacation Rental Condos, and on behalf of that, my Featured Listings for the month list a "best buy", south Maui, fee simple, ocean view, vacation rental condo in each of the following price ranges:
