Our weather is back! Our April showers (which occurred in March) have finally given way to sunshine and warmth once again--a great time to pack your bags and head on over! April 15th officially ends our "high" season, so if you want to avoid the crowds and perhaps get some better deals on lodging and rental cars, now is the time.
Things are pretty much the same as I reported last month. Bigger inventories offer more choices to buyer's, and although price reductions are still limited to those properties that were probably priced too high to begin with, sellers seem to be a bit more "motivated", with more and more agents letting the word out that their sellers are "willing to look at offers". We are certainly not in a "bargain shopping" mode, and probably will never be due to the high demand for our Real Estate, but there may be room for negotiating.
