    A topic that seems to be a subject for heated discussion these days is the Real Estate "bubble" theory.  Although I cannot speak for other markets in other areas, the consensus here in Hawaii, and particularly on Maui, is that the demand for Real Estate like ours will continue to exceed the supply for the next several years to come.  As I have mentioned in previous newsletters, our typical buyer profile includes Baby Boomers (mid 40's to late 50's) with cash derived from a) Real Estate equities; b) High-paying jobs/professions; and c) Inheritance, looking for second-homes, investment properties, and/or future retirement properties in warm climates, on the ocean, with amenities like we have here.  It is these many reasons that cause most prognosticators to agree that our Real Estate market may just be immune from any "bubble" phenomenas.  I would certainly appreciate your thoughts and feedback on this subject!
    So, needless to say, inventory remains very low here, and demand very high.  One of my "FEATURED LISTINGS" is currently the least expensive 1BR ocean-view vacation rental unit in south Maui, priced at $398,800!  Without further ado, let's get to this month's Best Buys (any of these--or other--properties can be researched on my website at http://www.michaelblaz.com/, or by scrolling down to the link below):
