Our Real Estate market here on Maui continues to offer some excellent buys, and we are looking forward to our summer season, starting when school lets out on the mainland, to begin to see some reduction in our inventories. In some instances, prices have rolled back to what they were in early 2004, and they had gone up nearly 50% through ’05 and ’06. So, bottom line, we are expecting to see serious buyers coming back to Maui Real Estate!

Ceci Connor and I are very excited over the new developments in our business, although we are feeling a bit overwhelmed with all that needs to be done to implement the changes to our marketing materials. We are still in the process of getting new photos and subsequently updating our website (currently my website), but we were fortunate enough to get a great new domain name…TEAMWailea.com!
