About Michael Blaz

Principal Broker Michael Blaz was first licensed in 1989, and has had a successful career as a top-producing Realtor--first in Santa Cruz, CA, and for the past many years, his home on Maui, Hawaii. Michael attributes his success to being a good listener first, so that he can truly address his clients' needs, whether they're Buying or Selling--from the first-time Homebuyer to the seasoned Investor. A keen negotiator, Michael always strives for a "win-win" situation for all parties involved in a Real Estate transaction. His knowledge of the marketplace is uncompromised and virtually guaranteed by his full-time commitment to his profession.

A strong believer in education, Michael currently holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), as well as the prestigious Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designations, and achieved the status of Broker in 2005. He has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California and currently holds an active California Real Estate license.
